Rooted in more than 18 years of front-line 9-1-1 telecommunications experience, Walker Consulting & Training, LLC was established to address critical communication barriers in public safety. As a TCOLE-certified instructor and passionate ASL communicator, my mission is to bridge the gap between first responders, public servants, and the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and speech-impaired communities. I also provide education and support that helps dispatchers thrive—both behind the headset and at home.
